Terms of Service

1.General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") constitute the agreement between you and the Sleepify team (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") regarding your use of the Sleepify application and related services.

Sleepify is an application that provides white noise, natural soundscapes, guided meditation, and other sleep aid content, designed to help users improve sleep quality, relieve stress, and enhance focus.

Please carefully read all contents of this Agreement before using our services. If you do not agree with any terms of this Agreement, please immediately stop using Sleepify's services. Once you begin using our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

2.Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

You confirm that when registering and using Sleepify, you are a natural person with full civil capacity. If you are a minor, please read this Agreement under the guidance and supervision of your guardian and obtain your guardian's consent before using our services.

2.2 Account Information

• You shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and update it promptly to maintain its validity.
• Your account login credentials (including but not limited to phone number, password) are your credentials for accessing and using Sleepify. Please keep them secure.
• Any losses caused by the disclosure of account information due to your personal reasons shall be borne by you.

2.3 Account Security

If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately. Sleepify is not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account, but we will assist you in taking necessary security measures.

2.4 Account Deletion

You may initiate an account deletion request at any time through "Settings > Account > Delete Account". After deletion, your account information and data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Please note that data cannot be recovered after account deletion.

3.Service Content

Sleepify provides you with the following services (specific service content may be adjusted with version updates):

• White Noise Library: A rich collection of high-quality white noise, pink noise, brown noise, and other audio resources.
• Natural Soundscapes: Rain, ocean waves, forest, campfire, and other natural ambient sounds.
• Sound Mixing: Freely combine multiple sounds to create personalized sleep soundscapes.
• Sleep Timer: Set playback duration with fade-out support.
• Guided Meditation: Professionally recorded meditation and relaxation guided audio (some VIP-exclusive).
• Sleep Tracking: Record your sleep time and habits, and generate sleep reports.
• Personalized Recommendations: Intelligent recommendations of sleep aid content based on your usage habits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate some or all services at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

4.User Code of Conduct

When using Sleepify services, you shall comply with the following rules of conduct:

1. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Do not use Sleepify for any illegal or improper activities.
3. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of Sleepify.
4. Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of Sleepify in any way.
5. Do not use technical means or other methods to circumvent Sleepify's payment mechanisms or access unauthorized content.
6. Do not record, copy, distribute, or share Sleepify's audio content without authorization.
7. Do not post any illegal, harmful, insulting, or inappropriate content.
8. Do not impersonate others or make false statements about your relationship with any person or entity.

5.Intellectual Property

All content within the Sleepify application, including but not limited to:

• Audio content (white noise, natural soundscapes, guided meditations, etc.)
• User interface design, icons, graphics
• Text, logos, trademarks
• Software code and technical architecture

are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights belong to the Sleepify team or its licensors.

Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use the above content in any form. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sleepify.

6.Paid Services & Subscriptions

Sleepify offers free basic features and paid subscription services (VIP). For detailed terms regarding paid services, please refer to our VIP Agreement and Auto-Renewal Agreement.

Basic rules are as follows:

• Subscription fees will be charged through your chosen payment method.
• Unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period, subscriptions will auto-renew.
• Prices may vary by region, promotional activities, or other factors.
• All purchases and subscriptions are subject to the respective terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

7.Disclaimer

• Sleepify provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure nature of the services.
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by network outages, system failures, software errors, or force majeure events.
• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of Sleepify, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or loss of business opportunities.
• Sleepify may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the accuracy or security of such third-party content.

8.Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement from time to time as needed. The modified Agreement will be published within the Sleepify application. For significant changes, we will notify you through the following means:

• In-app pop-up notifications.
• Push notifications.
• Email notifications.

If you continue to use Sleepify's services after the modification, you are deemed to have agreed to the modified Agreement. If you do not agree with the modified terms, please stop using Sleepify and delete your account.

9.Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws.

If any disputes arise during the performance of this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to a court with competent jurisdiction.

10.Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, VIP Agreement, and Auto-Renewal Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sleepify.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: Without our written consent, you may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party.
