Does Sleepify require an internet connection?

Some basic white noise content supports offline use. However, an internet connection is required to initially download audio resources. VIP members can download more content for offline use. Personalized features such as guided meditation and daily recommendations require an active internet connection.

Subscriptions & Payment

What's the difference between Free and VIP?

The free version provides a basic white noise library and some natural soundscapes to meet basic sleep aid needs. The VIP version unlocks all content, including:

• Complete audio library (500+ high-quality sounds)
• All guided meditation courses
• Advanced sound mixing features
• Sleep data analysis and reports
• Offline download capability
• Ad-free experience
• Priority access to new content

How do I subscribe to VIP?

You can subscribe to VIP membership by following these steps:

1. Open the Sleepify app
2. Tap "Profile" > "VIP Membership"
3. Choose the subscription plan that suits you (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
4. Confirm the payment method and complete the payment

After successful subscription, VIP benefits will take effect immediately.

How do I cancel auto-renewal?

The method to cancel auto-renewal depends on your payment channel:

iOS Users: Open iPhone "Settings" > Tap Apple ID > "Subscriptions" > Find Sleepify > "Cancel Subscription"

Android Users: Open Google Play > Profile icon > "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions" > Sleepify > "Cancel subscription"

For detailed instructions, please refer to the Auto-Renewal Agreement. Please note that simply deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Can I request a refund?

Refund policies vary by purchase channel:

Purchased via Apple App Store: Please visit Apple's "Report a Problem" page or contact Apple Support to request a refund.

Purchased via Google Play: Please request a refund through Google Play's "Order History".

Purchased via other channels: Please contact our billing support at billing@sleepify.com, and we will process your request within 1-3 business days.

If charged involuntarily due to a system error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! New users can enjoy a 7-day free trial with full VIP access. If you cancel during the trial period, no charges will be incurred. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged according to your selected subscription plan. Each user is eligible for one free trial only.

Features & Usage

How do I use the sound mixing feature?

Sleepify's sound mixing feature lets you freely combine multiple sounds to create your own personalized sleep soundscape:

1. Open the "Sounds" page and browse available audio resources
2. Tap a sound to add it to your mix (multiple sounds can play simultaneously)
3. Adjust each sound's volume slider to find the most comfortable balance
4. Tap "Save" to save your mix as a favorite for easy access next time

How do I set the sleep timer?

On the playback page, tap the "Timer" icon at the bottom to set:

• Choose a preset duration (15 min, 30 min, 45 min, 60 min, 90 min)
• Or customize the playback duration
• Enable "Fade Out" to gradually reduce volume over the last 5 minutes, helping you drift off naturally

Can it play in the background?

Absolutely! Sleepify fully supports background playback. You can continue listening after locking your screen, and you can enjoy sleep sounds while using other apps. Playback controls are also conveniently available on the lock screen and in the notification center.

How do I download audio for offline use?

VIP members can download audio for offline use:

1. Find the audio content you want to download
2. Tap the download icon next to the audio
3. Wait for the download to complete (Wi-Fi is recommended)
4. Once downloaded, you can play it even without an internet connection

You can view and manage your downloaded content in "Profile" > "Downloads".

Account Management

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Tap "Forgot Password" on the login page
2. Enter the phone number or email you used to register
3. Enter the verification code you received
4. Set a new password

If you use Apple ID or Google account to sign in, you can log in directly through the third-party account without needing a password.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account through the following path:

Open Sleepify > "Profile" > "Settings" > "Account" > "Delete Account"

Please note: After account deletion, all your data (including playback history, favorites, VIP benefits, etc.) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If you have an active VIP subscription, please cancel auto-renewal first.

Can I use the same account on multiple devices?

Yes, your Sleepify account can be used across multiple devices. VIP benefits, favorites, and playback history will automatically sync. However, for security purposes, the same account may only actively stream content on one device at a time.
