Important Notice: By enabling auto-renewal, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Agreement. Auto-renewal will automatically charge before each billing cycle expires. You may cancel at any time.
1.Service Description
The auto-renewal service is offered by Sleepify to make it convenient for you to maintain your VIP membership. Once enabled, the system will automatically renew your VIP membership before each billing cycle expires, ensuring uninterrupted access to VIP benefits.
By enabling auto-renewal, you authorize Sleepify to automatically charge the next billing cycle's fee through your chosen payment method when your subscription is due for renewal.
2.Subscription Plans & Pricing
Sleepify VIP membership offers the following auto-renewal subscription plans:

Actual prices are as displayed on the subscription page within the app. We may adjust subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will take effect in the next billing cycle, and you will be notified before being charged.
3.Auto-Charge Rules
- Charge Timing: The system will attempt to automatically charge your linked payment method within 24 hours before each billing cycle expires.
- Charge Amount: The charge amount corresponds to your selected subscription plan. You will be notified in advance of any price adjustments.
- Failed Charges: If a charge fails (e.g., insufficient balance, expired payment method), your VIP membership will be suspended after the current billing cycle expires, until renewal is successfully completed.
- Retry Attempts: After a failed charge, the system may retry the charge within a reasonable timeframe.
- Free Trial: If you have a free trial period, charges will automatically begin after the trial ends according to your selected plan, unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
4.How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. After cancellation, your VIP benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
4.1 Cancel on iOS Devices
Open "Settings" > Tap your Apple ID > "Subscriptions" > Find Sleepify > Tap "Cancel Subscription"
4.2 Cancel on Android Devices
Open Google Play Store > Tap your profile icon > "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions" > Find Sleepify > Tap "Cancel subscription"
4.3 Other Payment Methods
If you subscribed through another payment platform, please navigate to that platform's subscription management or automatic payment settings to find and cancel the Sleepify subscription.
Please Note: Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle expires. Cancelling within 24 hours of expiration may not prevent the next charge. Simply deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
5.Refund Policy
Refund rules for auto-renewal charges are as follows:
- Involuntary Charges: If a charge occurs due to a system error, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
- Trial Period Charges: If you cancelled during the free trial period but were still charged, please contact us to request a refund.
- Regular Renewals: Since auto-renewal charges are preceded by notification, regular renewal charges are generally non-refundable. For special circumstances, please contact customer support.
- Apple/Google Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play require refund requests through the respective platform, subject to their review process.
6.Price Changes
Sleepify reserves the right to adjust subscription prices. Price changes will follow these rules:
- Price changes will take effect in the next billing cycle and will not affect your current billing period.
- We will notify you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect via in-app notification or email.
- If you disagree with the new pricing, you may cancel auto-renewal before the new price takes effect.
- If you continue to use the auto-renewal service after being notified of a price change, you are deemed to have accepted the new price.
7.Service Termination
The auto-renewal service may be terminated under the following circumstances:
- You voluntarily cancel auto-renewal.
- Multiple consecutive charge failures without updated payment information.
- You violate the Sleepify Terms of Service.
- Sleepify ceases operations or discontinues VIP subscription services (we will provide advance notice and handle matters appropriately).
- Service cannot continue due to force majeure or other factors.
